Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
In rare cases where there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after purchase:
- United States: 7–14 business days (we aim to expedite whenever possible)
- International: 7–31 business days
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather events, customs delays, or carrier disruptions).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided and added to your order details.
You will also receive an email notification so you can track your shipment status at any time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Rugged Roots Supply is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, duties, and taxes).
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or refusal to accept delivery, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
